Turning a Historic Cabin into a Lakefront Stunner

Great bones but oh my goodness this was a project. What started as a facelift turned into a complete rethink. All walkways and outdoor structures were rotted, damaged and not attached to the house. 19 trees were removed and a stone trench was filled in to create a fabulous lakefront yard. Reclaiming the beauty of the original cabin that had been covered by paint, and adding cedar and stone details around the entire house brought the house to life.
